Keynote Presentations

As I'm concerned with function of Sales and how to make businesses more successful, I deliver a lot of presentations to clients and sales teams. From small groups of 10 or 12, to conference audiences of several hundred or more, I have delivered keynote sessions literally all over the world.

My content covers a very wide range of subjects, all linked to helping businesses be more successul. Sessions tend to be thought-provoking, funny, entertaining and educational. They're all very visual, with lots of images, some videos and lots and lots of examples. Of course I tailor them to client needs, and I can include audience participation in a variety of ways.

Some of the standard sessions include:

  • Tech Futures
A look into what's coming in technology and how it will change our lives and businesses. This keynote covers a wide range of technologies, and contains several surprises and thought-provoking suggestions. As well as looking at the technology itself, the session covers how everyday social and business activities may change to respond to the new developments and how skills and job roles might have to change to exploit the potential of the technologies.
  • Business Futures
This keynote is similar to Tech Futures, but this one explores how new business models are rapidly developing through the use of new technologies, and how even the most traditional and stable business practices will be changed by what is coming. It looks at changes in buying habits, changes in social and business lifestyles, from how we learn to how we entertain ourselves. The session also takes a detailed look at how products will be marketed and sold to us in the near future and how niche players and micro-businesses can win over corporate enterprises.
  • Innovation
The Innovation keynote looks briefly at the history of innovation and some of the innovators that have helped shape today's world and our daily lives. It also looks at what's involved in innovation, what encourages innovation and some very practical examples of innovation in practice in today's business environment.
  • Motivation
Need to refresh your team's view of the challenges that lie ahead? Or maybe you need to point them in a totally new direction, and you need them fired up to take on new challenges? The motivation keynote takes an amusing but thought-provoking look at how to get motivation, how to stay motivated and how to motivate those around you.
  • Attitude
My Attitude keynote is based on Jeffrey Gitomer's Little Gold Book of YES! Attitude (I even give out copies of it as part of the session). It's a very powerful session that covers current attitude and self-awareness, what makes a positive and YES! attitude, attitude actions and achievements and attitude fulfilment. This is a great session for sales teams, senior executives or business partners. It's fun, powerful and has immediate impact.
  • The 7 Keys to Sales Success
This session is for business managers, sales managers, channel partners and small business owners. It looks at a proven generic model that breaks down sales success into 7 key elements or keys. For each key, it takes a detailed look at how the key contributes to sales success, and finally it looks at how all of the keys work together to produce a significant boost in sales. Practical examples are given throughout and these are always tailored to a specific industry or sales situation. This one gives immediate value and you can put into practice what you learn within 24 hours.

If you have a client conference, year-start meeting, sales conference or any other type of event, and you're looking for a powerful keynote session, contact me and I'll show you what I can do.
